Selling Your Home?
If you are in the process of selling your home, your realtor and/or title company may have mentioned the need to obtain a resale package. Please see the instructions below for placing an order. Ordering a Resale Package: Please email your request to resales@damctx.com. Our resale department will acknowledge your request and ask that you agree to the Resale Package terms. Once the terms are agreed to you will be provided a date that the documents will be ready along with an order number for easy tracking. Our normal turnaround time is 3 business days which we believe is very accommodating and should preclude the need for any RUSH orders.
